DAILY 2 (INDONESIA)

HELLO GUYS...
Kali ini saya bertugas untuk membuat personal product. Product yang saya buat kali ini adalah AYAM BAKAR BUMBU KUNING WITH SAMBAL MATAH. Makanan ini adalah makanan tradisional dari dari daerah Bali. Bahan dan cara membuatnya yaitu :


Ingredients :
·     1 chicken
·     1 tablespoon of lime juice
·     1000 ml of water
·     2 bay leaves
·     2 kaffir lime leaves
·     1 lemongrass


Ingredients for yellow paste :
·     7 cloves of garlic
·     4 shallot
·     2 candlenut, roasted
·     1 cm of turmeric
·     1 cm ginger
·     1/2 teaspoon of pepper
·     1/2 teaspoon of coriander, roasted
·     1 teaspoon of salt
 
 
Step to make :
 
·     Marinate chicken pieces with 30 minutes of lime juice.
·     Boil water, bay leaves, orange leaves, lemongrass, and yellow pasta.
·     Enter and cook the chicken pieces until the chicken is tender.
·     Drain the cooked chicken.
·     Heat the remaining spices to spread the chicken.
·     Roast chicken and use spices that have been rejuvenated until the chicken is cooked perfectly and the color is good.
Ingredient for SambalMatah :
 
·        15 bird eye chili
·        7 shallot
·        2 lemongrass
·        5 kaffir lime leaves
·        1 limo
·        ½ teaspoon of fried shrimp paste
·        ½ teaspoon salt
 
Step to make :
·        Slice onion, chili, and lemongrass.
·        Remove the stems on lime leaves and thinly slice the leaves.
·     Mix the shallot slices, chili, lemongrass and lime leaves. Then give the lime juice.
·        Add salt and flush with hot oil. Stir until smooth and perfectly mixed.
