HELLO GUYS...
Today we started practice activities by making products for sale. After that, we went to the class to get today's material from Mr. Faisal.
The menu that we have to make is Berliner, abon bread, opera cake, sachertorte, lemper and talam labu. And our group got the task to make Opera Cake.
Our group is assisted by Chef Salam to make it. Since Opera cake must use almond powder and the campus kitchen do not have, then Chef Salam gives a recipe he has.

- 15 pcs Egg
- 300 gr Sugar
