HELLO GUYS..
Today our activities are making Sponge Cake. because the next day Cake Decoration will use Mirror Glace. To make Cake Sponge Requires the following ingredients:

SPONGE

Materials:

• 340    gr   flour
• 14      pcs whole egg
• 340    gr   sugar
• 100    gr   melted butter
• 2        sdm emulsionfire

Steps:

1. Mix egg, emulsionfire and sugar until stuff.
2. Add flour mix with slowly
3. The last, pour melted butter and mix until well
4. Pour the dough in the mould and bake in 160 C at 10-15 minutes.
