Hello guys, today we make a many product  because we have orders coffe break I, lunch, coffe break II, for job faib event that will be held on our campus or the makassar tourism polytechnic. And the morning tea schedule whice is ussualy carried out on thursday, advanced to tuesday. So the group that got the turn to prepare the morning tea this week was group IV.

The preparation that we will prepare today are:

Coffe break I:

- abon bread

- layer

- brownies

Lunch:

- white rice

- crackers, pickles, chili sauce

- galangal fried chicken

- vegetable bowl

- slice fruit

Coffe break II:

- bluder

- risoles

- pretty sweet

Today i will make layers for coffe break I. Coffe break I preparation have to be vinished today, because tomorrow is entered immediately in the box to be finished quickly. As will as other preparations, which can be completed now, so that tomorrow is not much work.
